What Does Satan Look Like?
Q: What does Satan look like?
I know a man who was visited by “the” Satan himself. Satan was enraged and just stared at this man with palpable hatred and disgust. This man describes Satan as very handsome, yet very evil, with pure wickedness, and pure hatred for him (and indeed all mankind).
He went further saying his body looked like they were made from different precious stones. When he said that it reminded me of Ezekiel 28:13. In Ezekiel’s vision, Satan looks like a man-like being called a cherub, whose body (covering or adornment) was made not out of dust, but with precious stones.
Ezekiel and John saw visions of cherubs as creatures or living creatures that are multidimensional; eagle-like, lion-like, bull-like, and man-like. They are possibly endowed with the ability to shapeshift. In Revelation 12:3-4, Satan is a great red dragon with several heads and horns. Satan may take many forms I believe, but in all, his nature is the same. So rather than speculate what Satan looks like in regards to appearance, I’d say what he looks like in regards to his nature:
Satan looks like pure evil; he’s the perfect picture of hatred, rage, raving madness and absolute, undiluted wickedness, John 10:10, 1 Peter 5:8, 1 John 5:19, Revelation 12:12
