Yes, Satan can influence political leaders. In Isaiah 14 and Ezekiel 28, God was speaking to human political leaders before he spoke to and of Satan, who was the one influencing these leaders. Our political systems, in a way, aren’t submitted to God, so it is very easy for Satan to influence everything about it, including our leaders. Remember the concept of the spiritual Prince of the physical kingdom of Persia in Daniel, in Revelation we see that Satan has its throne in a city, in fact when God judged Egypt, we were told He also judged the gods of Egypt that were no doubt behind influencing the leaders and people of Egypt.
