Satan has power, he is a powerful being, and he is a supernatural being. Miracles are supernatural acts experienced by natural men. It takes a supernatural being to bring about a miracle, Satan and his hosts are supernatural beings, so they can perform miracles according to the limit of their powers.

Satan can partner with and empower humans to perform miracles and magic. That’s why we mustn’t believe every spirit, but discern everything by the Spirit and Word of God. The Bible has examples of miracles that weren’t from God.
