What Does Job Teach Us About Satan?

Q: What does Job teach us about Satan?

The book of Job proves that Satan is everything Jesus said Satan is—a thief, a killer, a destroyer, always going about seeking who to devour, one who can transform himself into an angel of light, one who is defeated already, and that whatever he does against those who love God and live for Him will only work out for their good. Other lessons we can take away are that Satan is not omniscient (he surely didn’t know how it would turn out), not omnipresent (he moves to and fro), not omnipotent (he needed permission to act), he accuses God’s people, can bring about bad circumstances (natural or man-made disasters), and can influence the mind of people.
